Explore ArtistsOuter Orbit Records was born in the back room of a shuttered pressing plant in east Berlin, where the mastering lathe still ran hot and the monitors carried bass you could feel in your teeth. Since 2019, we've operated on a single conviction: that the most vital electronic music doesn't happen in the spotlight — it happens in the margins, at 4 a.m., on rigs held together with gaffer tape and conviction.
We release across formats — vinyl, digital, cassette when the moment calls for it — but we care less about the medium than the signal it carries. Every record in our catalog was made by someone who meant it. No trend-hopping. No algorithm bait. Just transmissions from artists who treat sound like a material, not a product.
Our roster spans techno, dub, ambient, electro, noise, and the unnamed spaces between them. If you're looking for the center of the club, you're in the wrong place. We operate from the outer orbit — and that's exactly where we intend to stay.
